LOOKING FOR? |

You can find the music you like/want in a few different ways:
1. Click on one of the links on the navbar
2. Use the search field on the top right corner
3. Use the CD Suggester to choose something that is close to what
you are looking for

| HOW DO I USE THE SEARCH FIELD? |
|
You have a few different options to choose from by using the drop
down menu and then write what you are looking for in the search
field. If you search by:
1. All - will search for anything similar to what you put in the
search field
2. Artist - will search for the artists first name and/or last
name
3. Album - will search for the whole title or words in the title
of the CD
4. Song - will search for all words in the song

| WHAT IS A CD SUGGESTER? |
|
A CD Suggester is a "tool" you can use if you know what
you like but don't know who the artists are! For an example, if
you know that you want something upbeat and partylike, you drag
the "button" on the CD suggester towards the upbeat (the
closer the more upbeat) and tick the party box. Once you click on
the submit button the CD Suggester then searches all artists close
to what you chose.
You can choose as many combinations as you like.

| HOW DO I BUY A CD? |
|
To buy a CD you will have to click on the "BUY CD" button
which is located near the CD you are interested in. Once you have
clicked the button a window with a LOG IN field pops up and you
will have to create an account (only the first time you buy a CD).
Click on the create an account button.
You are now about to create your profile and need to fill out the
fields with your details and also choose your e-mail and password.
It is important that you write the correct e-mail address for Country
Music Shack to be able to contact you. Also remember to choose a
password you won't forget easily.
After submitting the profile you will enter the shopping cart (which
you can always reach from the top navbar) and there you will see
a reference number (unique for you) and what albums you have chosen
so far. Here you can change, delete or add CD:s and see the total
amount of your shopping cart
If you don't want to add more to the shopping cart you click on
the PAY FOR ITEM(S) button and you will proceed through the National
Bank Secure Internet Payment Service. Here you enter your credit
card details and confirm payment. You will receive a receipt ( a
copy of which will also be emailed to you). After confirmation you
will return to the Country Music Shack website. Then you simply
wait for your CD's to arrive.

| HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING
CART? |
|
To add items to the shopping cart you will have to click on the
"BUY CD" button and it will automatically add the item
you have chosen. If you are a new buyer you will have to fill out
an account - see more on "HOW DO I BUY A CD".

| HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH
CMS WITHOUT BUYING A CD? |
|
If you don't think you will buy anything from Country Music shack,
there is no need to set up an account. You can browse through everything
without becoming a member. If you want to buy a CD you have to create
an account you can get more information on "HOW
DO I BUY A CD".

| HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE? |
|
To change your profile - click on the "SHOPPING CART"
link located on the right corner of the yellow navbar. In the shopping
cart you click on the button (you might have to scroll down) "EDIT
PROFILE". This will take you to your profile where you can
change you details.

| HOW DO I DELETE ITEMS IN THE
SHOPPING CART? |
|
Click the "remove" button located next to the item you
want to delete. It will also recalculate your totals.

| HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT? |
|
Contact us at music@countrymusicshack.com.au
and notify us that you'd like to have your account deleted. Alternatively,
use the contact form and notify us regarding deleting your account.

| HOW DO I CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF
ITEMS IN THE SHOPPING CART? |
|
Simply double click in the white field next to the item/album in
which you want to change the amount, write in the new amount and
press enter.

| HOW DO I BUY MORE THAN ONE OF
THE SAME CD? |
|
There are two options, and both will only work if you are already
a member. If you are a first time buyer you will have to use option
2.
1. Click on the "BUY CD" button as many times as you
want the specific item (1 click = 1 CD)
2. Click one time on the "BUY CD" button and then click
on the "SHOPPING CART" link on the top right navbar and
change the amount by double clicking the white field next to the
item/album in which you want to change the amount, write in the
new amount and press enter.

| WHAT SECURITY DOES THIS SITE
HAVE? |

A very significant aspect of N-SIPS design is the security mechanism
that greatly improves security and privacy of credit card payment
transactions conducted over the Internet.
N-SIPS uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) encryption
technology to secure communication sessions with customers and merchants.
Using firewalls in front of the Payment Gateway (N-SIPS) and within
the system, it restricts access to information regarding the payment
transactions.
Internet consumers with browsers not supporting SSL - 128-bit encryption
technology are not allowed access to payment facility, as transaction
details cannot be securely transmitted.

in possession of your credit card details. Your credit card details
are transmitted securely and only to the National Australia Bank.

IT WORK? |

For your convenience, this facility lets you store a list
of items found on our site, into your profile without any obligations
to purchase. You can access the wishlist by clicking "SHOPPING
CART" where you can remove items or buy them when it suits
you.
The purpose of this is for you not to have to go through the process
of searching our site whenever you are ready to buy.

If you confirm payment but don't get returned to the country music
shack site then you should probably contact them just for good measure.
