The designers create the pretty shell. Copywriters and your staff fill the screens with contents.
Meanwhile the engineers and programmers type away those endless lines of code to create the "real" part of your project (at least that is what they think…) to make it all work.
Their job is not as colourful or extroverted but without those type of guys I would not use a lift.
